The right protection makes all the difference

Insurance just might be the one thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. Which is all the more reason to make sure you have the right cover at the right level.

Think of insurance like 4-Wheel Drive

You almost never need it, but it’s great to have when you do. Which is why most superannuation funds offer it. This can be beneficial as the premiums are often lower than similar retail policies, and you can normally get cover without filling in a bunch of forms.

Options. Options. Options.

Choose the cover that make the most sense for you, or transfer cover from your previous insurer, or opt out entirely. Unlike some other funds, we leave this choice entirely up to you.

Grosvenor Pirie currently offers two types of insurance:

Death Cover

We know it’s a grim subject, but at least with Death and Terminal Illness cover the people you care about most (your beneficiaries) will get paid if something bad happens to you.

Death & Total and Permanent Disablement Cover (TPD)

We hope you never need this, but if you do get seriously ill or injured and are unlikely to ever be able to work again, this cover will pay you a benefit.

Only the best will do

Grosvenor Pirie insurance is provided by AIA, an independent life insurance specialist with 45 years’ experience offering insurance products. They’re one of the country’s leading life insurers, and their products protect the financial health and welfare of more than 4 million Australians.
